When fussy eating needs some extra support…
Welcome to the Integrated Paediatric
Feeding Clinic
If you’re worried about your child’s eating – whether they seem more than just fussy, aren’t eating enough, are struggling with feeding skills, or you’ve started wondering about things like ARFID – you’re in the right place.
Our online Integrated Paediatric Feeding Clinic brings together:
Sascha Landskron – Specialist Paediatric Dietitian and Nutritionist
Emma Fitzgerald – Specialist Speech & Language Therapist
Together, we provide a comprehensive assessment of your child’s feeding, eating, and nutritional needs and an evidence-based plan of action.
What the Clinic Includes
1. Feeding & Eating Skills Assessment
This includes both observation and parent input.
Before the appointment, you’ll be asked to record short videos of your child eating and drinking.
These videos help us assess:
- Chewing, biting, and drinking skills
- Oral-motor abilities
- Posture and positioning
- Texture progression
- Sensory responses to foods
- Mealtime communication and behaviours
We review these videos during the 60-minute session to ensure we understand exactly what your child finds easy or challenging.
2. Nutritional Intake Review
We assess:
• Dietary variety and balance
• Nutrient intake (including energy, protein, vitamins and minerals)
• Growth assessment
• Food allergy and intolerance assessment
• Supplement considerations
• Nutritional blood testing, nutritional genetic testing and allergy testing available (additional costs apply)
3. Personalised Written Report
(copied to your child’s health care team, with your consent)
You’ll receive:

Testimonials
Emma Fitzgerald
“Emma was able to provide sound advice and treatment that we can happily say in retrospect was very effective. We really appreciated how Emma set realistic expectations as without this, we may have otherwise had unrealistic ones and set ourselves up for disappointment, looking for but not finding immediate results. Emma took a holistic approach with our son and our family. She saw him as a person and treated him as an individual. We felt in very safe and capable hands. We would also like to add that we very much appreciated Emma’s collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved. This really reassured us and removed some of the worry and burden which was worth its weight in gold. We cannot recommend Emma enough and her services were worth every single penny” – Ian Tuveri-Ellis
“Emma is so knowledgeable and has so much experience which really shines through. She is so approachable and kind, a proper people person who has no judgement! would highly recommend” – Stephanie O Flynn
Sascha Landskron
“A lovely lady, who took time to listen to me” -Jane Blant
“We could not be happier with our experience with Sascha. She was very thorough in asking about our daughter’s history and habits and then spent a lot of time explaining the behaviours and suggesting how to work on them. Everything she said made perfect sense and seemed very tailored to our situation. We found it very reassuring and has given us renewed hope that our daughter’s fussy eating can be easily resolved with some patience and careful action. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and can already feel the fun coming back into food, rather than the stress and worry that it had been causing.” -Em Harrison
“Sascha is kind and compassionate with a real focus on you finding the best way forward for you. I can’t recommend her enough. She has supported myself and both my children in finding food freedom and the impact has been amazing.” -Sharron Gordon
